How do I start a return/exchange?

We at Burn Boot Camp want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item we are here to help.

Burn Boot Camp will accept unworn, unwashed or unused merchandise in new condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns for items purchased at Burn Boot Camp locations. At this time, any items purchased though the Burn Boot Camp online must be processed through our web store and e-commerce returns will not be accepted at any gym location.
